本公司（新永鴻工程公司）特此發表聲明如下 ：

1. 關於員工離職事宜：前員工林麗萍女士及余漢賢先生已於2026年4月23日被本公司正式解僱 。同時，本公司亦已接獲羅其結先生之辭職通知，其離職生效日期同為2026年4月23日 。自上述日期起，該三名人士在外之一切行為、業務往來及債務瓜葛，均屬其個人行為，概與本公司無關，本公司亦不會承擔任何法律責任 。
2. 關於澄清商業名稱：本公司之正確商業名稱為「新永鴻工程公司」，商業登記註冊地址為九龍紅磡民裕街30號興業工商大廈4樓B5室，聯絡電話為 (852) 2882 2499 。本公司近日察覺坊間有相似名稱，特此澄清，以下名稱並非本公司之業務營運名稱，其一切業務概與本公司無關 ：

• 新永鴻工程有限公司

1. Regarding the Leaving from Work of Former Employees: Please be advised that the employment of Ms. Lam Lai Ping and Mr. Yu Hon Yin was officially terminated by the Company on April 23, 2026. Additionally, the Company accepted the resignation of Mr. Law Ki Kit, effective on the same date, April 23, 2026. Effective from this date, any external actions, business dealings, or disputes involving these three individuals are strictly personal and bear no relation to our Company. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for their actions.
2. Clarification of Official Business Name: Our official, registered business name is New Wing Hung Engineering Company. Our registered business address is Room B5, 4/F, Hing Yip Commercial Centre, 30 Man Yue Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, and our contact number is (852) 2882 2499. Please be advised that the following entities are NOT our business operating names, and any business conducted under these names is entirely unaffiliated with our Company:
